Met jouw scherpe blik verbeter je processen en motiveer je je team om elke dag een beetje beter te worden.Wat doe je als Team Lead C# bij Coolblue?Als Team Lead C# zorg je voor een glimlach bij onze klanten door slimme software te bouwen die écht werkt. Je bent sparringpartner, coach en code-reviewer in één. Je zit in refinements, denkt mee over architectuur en voert ontwikkelgesprekken. Je werkt nauw samen met andere Team Leads en je Development Manager. En ondertussen zorg je ervoor dat je team op rolletjes loopt én plezier heeft in het werk. Zo maak je softwareontwikkeling elke dag een beetje beter.* Coachen van developers in persoonlijke groei en technische skills tijdens 1-op-1’s.* Reviewen van code en stimuleren van vakmanschap binnen het team.* Samen bouwen aan software die klanten écht helpt, met TDD en design patterns.* Leidinggeven op een positieve manier en nieuwe teamleden warm welkom heten.* Problemen oplossen zonder eindeloze discussies, gewoon doen dus.* Samen successen vieren tijdens een demopresentatie of teamborrel.Hier herken jij jezelf in* Meer dan 6 jaar ervaring met C# en brede kennis van back-end én front-end.* Ervaring als leidinggevende binnen een Scrum/Agile-omgeving.* Vaardig in het geven van feedback en coachen van collega’s.* Focus op balans tussen technische kwaliteit en businesswaarde.* Bekend met data stores zoals Oracle en AWS in internationale teams.Dit zoek jij verder in een baan* Geld.* Een internationale werkomgeving met collega's uit Nederland, België, Spanje, Brazilië, Mexico, Italië en meer.* Ongekend goede werksfeer.
