VP of Engineering & Scale Strategy
Mintlify
Mintlify is seeking a senior engineering leader to partner with the founders, translate vision into priorities, and own the engineering roadmap as the company scales. You will build a world-class engineering organization, scale from 10 to 50 engineers, attract top talent, and align product, platform, and infrastructure decisions with customer needs and growth. You'll own execution, improve velocity and reliability, and drive multiple product bets while maintaining speed and quality.
