1st & 2nd Shift Available
10-12 Hour Shifts | Monday-Friday | Overtime & Weekends as Needed
Join Our Team as a MIG Welder!
We are seeking dependable and motivated MIG Welders/Fabricators to join a fast-paced manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have welding experience, a strong commitment to quality, and the ability to work safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform MIG welding and fabrication according to work instructions and quality standards
- Operate Miller welding equipment safely and effectively
- Inspect parts and verify proper assembly before welding
- Meet production goals while maintaining high-quality workmanship
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and team objectives
- Maintain a clean and organized work area following 5S standards
- Follow all safety, quality, and environmental procedures
- Assist with additional duties and special projects as needed
Qualifications
- Previous MIG welding experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
- Ability to read and follow work instructions in English
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced production setting
- Flexible and adaptable to changing production needs
- Knowledge of weld shop processes is a plus
Physical Requirements
- Stand for extended periods during shifts
- Frequently bend, stoop, kneel, and reach
- Work in hot and cold manufacturing environments
- Lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally
- Strong attention to detail and hand-eye coordination
