Farmers Insurance - My Pham Agency is looking for a talented caring individual to join our team where you'll play an important role in the operation of the agency. In partnership with the agency owner, you'll set strategy and initiate best practices for customer contact and then using your analytical skills, monitor and measure the overall effectiveness of the agency loyalty, initiatives and customer satisfaction efforts with the ultimate goal of continuously strengthening and enhancing customer relationships.
Entry-level applicants start with a base salary of $30,000 and average at least $15,000 in commissions in their first year
Experienced candidates start with base salary of $35,000–$45,000, depending on experience and qualifications. Our top-performing team members earned up to $40,000 in additional commission last year.
Responsibilities
- Address client inquiries regarding policy coverage, billing questions, and claims status with clarity and patience.
- Generate new business through leads, referrals, follow-ups, net working, ans existing client relationship.
- Follow up on quotes and leads consistently and professionally to increase sales and close business
- Process payments, update policy information, and issue insurance documentation accurately.
- Maintain accurate digital records to ensure compliance and quick access for client assistance.
Requirements
- Authorized to work in the United States (Required)
- Customer service and inter-personal relationship skills
- Working knowledge of basic office equipment, machines, and basic office procedures
- Ability to be responsible, dependable, and punctual
- Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
- Must be licensed in Property and Casualty with the first 30 day
- Bilingual in Spanish or Vietnameseis a plus
