Job Summary Service Center Palo Alto – Caliber Collision has an immediate job opening for an Office Administrator to perform all‑purpose duties. These include assisting front‑office teammates with necessary tools, training, and information; providing accurate and timely payroll and HR‑related administration and record‑keeping for all center associates; managing accounts receivable, accounts payable, and cash‑handling procedures to company standards; and delivering a world‑class customer experience by ensuring consistent application of all Caliber Standard Operating Procedures through ongoing training and monitoring. Compensation Hourly rate: $22‑$25 per hour. Benefits Immediately eligible for medical, dental, and vision coverage. Industry‑comparable pay, paid weekly, and eligible for overtime. Requirements 2+ years of experience in a customer‑facing environment. 1+ year of experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll (preferred). Valid driver’s license and eligibility for coverage under company insurance policy. Abilities, Skills, & Knowledge Effective verbal and written communication skills. Ability to navigate multiple software systems, e.g., Microsoft Office Suite. Work through competing priorities and adapt to a fast‑paced environment.
