Job Description

Join a newly opening outpatient physical therapy clinic dedicated to delivering high-quality, evidence-based patient care in a collaborative and supportive environment. This opportunity offers the autonomy of a locally owned practice with proven clinical systems, sustainable caseloads, and opportunities for long-term professional growth. The ideal candidate is passionate about building meaningful patient relationships while helping establish a new clinic known for clinical excellence. Specialized training is available for therapists interested in vestibular, balance, orthopedic, or pelvic health rehabilitation.

Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and diagnostic assessments
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs
• Provide skilled outpatient physical therapy interventions and patient education
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation and progress notes
• Help build the clinic's reputation through exceptional patient care and professional excellence

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Active Texas Physical Therapist license or eligibility for licensure
• Minimum of two years of clinical physical therapy experience
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• Interest in vestibular, balance, orthopedic, or pelvic health rehabilitation (training provided)
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
