Senior Tech Analyst - Tech Value Realization

This role plays a key part in ensuring that our Technology portfolio is aligned to value-helping leaders make informed decisions about where to invest, how to prioritize, and how to measure success. As an Analyst V, Technology Value Realization, you will define and drive frameworks that connect Technology initiatives to tangible business results. You'll partner across Product, Finance, and Technology leadership to shape value hypotheses, track outcomes, and provide insights that guide investment decisions. This is a highly influential individual contributor role, working across portfolios to bring consistency, transparency, and rigor to how value is defined and measured. Work schedule & location Our flexible/hybrid work schedule includes 3 in-person days at one of our core locations and 2 remote days. Our core office location for this role is Salisbury, NC.
