Key Responsibilities:

• Direct patients to exam rooms and perform patient intake, including medical histories and vital signs.
• Assist providers with specialty-specific procedures and treatments, and administer medications as directed.
• Maintain accurate and confidential medical records and ensure rooms are stocked for patient visits.
• Schedule and coordinate patient appointments, including specialty tests and referrals.
• Participate in quality assurance and performance improvement activities.

Required Skills and Abilities:

• Strong communication skills and ability to work with diverse populations.
• Knowledge of confidentiality requirements and ability to handle sensitive information.
• Familiarity with office equipment and practice management software.
• Ability to multitask effectively and work well within a team.
• Strong leadership skills following the servant leadership model
• Certification with the national registry as a Medical Assistant - REQUIRED
• No certification? 1-2 years of experience working under the supervision of a Medical Physician
