You’re working toward your real estate license.
That’s a huge first step.
But passing the exam is only part of building a real estate career.

Where will you go once you’re licensed?

What will your first 90 days actually look like?
Attorney Backed Agents® is looking to connect with future agents who are currently in real estate school and want a stronger plan for what happens after they pass.
Start Building Before You’re LicensedOnce licensed, you will have access to:
- Experienced Team Leads and agent support
- Training and accountability
- Hands-on buyers, listings and showing opportunities
- Prospecting and lead-generation systems
- CRM, technology, marketing, and AI tools
- A path toward becoming a productive Buyer’s and Listing Agent
You don’t need to wait until your license is active to start learning about the team, asking questions, and planning your next move.
Who We’re Looking ForWe want people who are:
- Currently enrolled in a real estate licensing course (or looking to enroll)
- Serious about making real estate a career
- Coachable and motivated
- Interested in team support and mentorship
- Ready to work once licensed
No production experience required.
You’re not expected to know everything yet.
That’s exactly why having the right team around you matters.
What Happens After You’re Licensed?Our goal is to help you transition from real estate student to productive agent.
You can begin gaining experience with buyers, showings, prospecting, inspections, walkthroughs, transactions, and eventually listings — with experienced agents and Team Leads available to help you develop.
This is not about simply finding somewhere to hang your license.
It’s about having a plan for what comes next.
