Technician 3

Job Summary Technician – responsible for performing preventive maintenance, advanced diagnostics, and complex repairs on a variety of equipment including aerial work platforms, general construction tools and equipment, large‑scale power generators, pumps, HVAC systems, and oil/gas equipment. Key Responsibilities Perform preventive maintenance, advanced diagnostics, and complex repairs on equipment in the safest and most effective way to avoid downtime. Work with a variety of makes, models, and equipment types to build and develop technical skills. Develop career track skills in service or operation management. Maintain a safety‑focused work environment while collaborating with an outstanding team. Provide necessary tools of the trade and apply advanced knowledge of hydraulic and electrical systems with troubleshooting skills. Remain flexible to changing priorities in a fast‑paced environment. Physical Requirements The role requires bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, and lifting 50 pounds or more, with work performed indoors or outdoors as needed. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required; trade school or equivalent training desired. 5+ years of technician experience with diesel equipment and/or heavy equipment, or specialty line equipment such as large‑scale generators, pumps, HVAC, or oil & gas equipment. Advanced knowledge of hydraulic systems, electrical systems, and troubleshooting. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work‑conditions.
