Competitive Compensation: $165,000 to $250,000 base salary (DOE) plus performance-based bonuses Comprehensive Benefits: Medical and Dental Hybrid Work Schedule Low Billable Hours: One of the more realistic and balanced expectations you will find at a litigation firm Meaningful Case Responsibility: You are not here to second chair indefinitely, you own your files Collaborative Work Environment: Supportive, low-stress office culture with a team that actually enjoys working together Curated Client Relationships: We walk away from the wrong clients so you do not have to deal with them Job Details Manage civil litigation matters from intake through resolution with a high degree of independence Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery Attend hearings and represent clients in California state court proceedings Conduct legal research and develop case strategy Communicate directly with clients, opposing counsel, and the court Qualifications J.D. from an accredited law school Active California Bar license in good standing (required, no exceptions) Minimum 4 years of civil litigation experience in California Experience or strong background in real estate and/or business disputes Proven ability to independently manage a caseload from start to finish Strong legal writing and oral advocacy skills Comfortable taking ownership of files without heavy supervision Interested in hearing more?
