Role Snapshot:

• Job Title: AI Operations & Agency Assistant
• Pay: $40/hour
• Schedule: Part-time to start; full-time for proven performers
• Reports to: The owner directly (name shared with shortlisted candidates)
• Location: Must live in Northwest Arkansas and work from the Bentonville office when asked. Occasional work from home only after you
  have proven reliable and earned trust with company data.

About The Role:
This is a hands-on role running AI agents day to day and helping launch a new AI-powered marketing agency. The role is posted by OZK and reports directly to the owner of a portfolio of Northwest Arkansas businesses. OZK will be the agency's top-priority client.

Across the portfolio, most digital execution is handled by AI agents. The owner sets strategy, design and marketing direction; agents build websites, content, campaigns and workflows. You will keep those agents productive, catch their mistakes and turn repeatable work into systems.

At the same time, we are building an agency that acts as the AI department for client businesses, starting with OZK. Our core job is driving leads to clients and nurturing them into customers. When a client needs AI agents inside their business, we set them up and manage them. Prove your value and this grows into a full-time, senior seat.

What You'll Do:
Your job is to multiply the owner's output: more finished work, fewer bottlenecks, no babysitting.

• Managing AI Agents
  • Write, test and refine prompts and instructions for AI agents
  • Assign work to agents, review their output and fix or redirect anything that falls short
  • Build and document repeatable workflows so tasks run the same way every time
  • Track what each agent is working on and report status clearly and briefly
  • Spot where a new tool, automation or integration would save real time, and set it up
• Driving Results for Clients
  • Build and run lead-generation campaigns for clients across social, ads, email and landing pages
  • Set up automated follow-up that nurtures leads into paying customers
  • Produce campaign content with AI tools: social posts, ad copy, emails, landing pages, short-form video
  • Set up and manage AI agents inside client businesses when they need them
  • Track lead volume and conversions for each client and report results clearly

What You Bring:
We care more about what you have actually done with AI than about degrees or titles.

Required:

• You know which AI agents, coding tools and deployment platforms lead the field right now, and why. This changes monthly and you keep up without being told
• You have set those tools up yourself and run them daily to ship real work, not just chat with them
• You can package a repeatable workflow so any agent runs it the same way every time
• You can build, deploy and update a live website
• AI image and video: you can take a real photo and bring it to life by enhancing, editing and animating it into video
• A critical eye: you catch when AI output is wrong, generic or off-brand, and you fix it
• Self-direction: you take a goal, run with it and report back without hand-holding
• Digital marketing for lead generation: strong command of social, paid ads, email, SEO and content, and a track record of using them to drive leads and nurture them until they convert
