Supervisor, you'll be responsible for planning, leading, and executing safe, efficient, and compliant traffic control operations.Responsibilities include:Review, understand, and implement approved Traffic Control Plans (TCPs).Lead daily traffic-control operations and coordinate work-zone setup, modifications, and removal.Supervise Flaggers and Traffic Control Technicians while providing coaching and support.Conduct pre-job safety meetings and daily work-zone briefings.Inspect work zones to ensure compliance with MUTCD, Washington State requirements, and company standards.Monitor changing traffic patterns, weather conditions, and jobsite hazards, adjusting traffic control as needed.Coordinate with project managers, superintendents, inspectors, subcontractors, utility owners, and customers.Complete required documentation, inspections, and traffic-control reports.Ensure traffic-control vehicles, arrow boards, signs, cones, and equipment are properly maintained and ready for Washington State Traffic Control Supervisor (TCS) Certification.Valid Washington State Flagger Certification.Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.Experience implementing Traffic Control Plans.Strong leadership and communication skills.Ability to make sound decisions in changing field conditions.Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.Commitment to Safety, Quality,
