Outpatient Vascular Surgeon - Dialysis Access (Mon-Fri)

An established and growing vascular surgery practice in San Diego is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Cardiothoracic or Vascular Surgeon to join our collaborative team. The role is centered on dialysis access management, elective vascular procedures, and minimally invasive vascular interventions. Surgeons will work closely with an experienced multidisciplinary team dedicated to delivering high-quality patient care in a supportive and collegial setting. Position Highlights Monday–Friday schedule No trauma call No hospital emergency call Minimal weekend responsibilities Typical workday completed before 5 PM Outpatient-focused practice environment Collaborative and supportive surgical team Competitive compensation with flexibility based on experience and procedural interests Clinical Responsibilities The surgeon will provide expert surgical and procedural care for patients with vascular and dialysis access conditions.
