Position: Full-Time Spa Manager
Location: Westlake, Ohio – Crocker Park
Schedule: Full-Time | Flexible availability, including evenings and Saturdays

Face to Face Spa is looking for an exceptional Spa Manager who knows how to lead people, drive sales, and take ownership of a thriving medical aesthetics business.

We are not looking for someone who simply manages a schedule or oversees the front desk. We are looking for a confident, motivated, hands-on leader who treats the spa's success as their own.

What You'll DoLead, Motivate & Develop Your Team

• Lead and inspire a team of Nurse Practitioners, Registered Nurses, Estheticians, and Spa Coordinators.

• Set clear expectations and hold employees accountable for performance, professionalism, and daily responsibilities.

• Conduct employee coaching, one-on-one meetings, performance evaluations, and ongoing training.

• Create a positive, motivated, sales-driven team culture.

• Address performance concerns promptly and professionally.

• Lead by example and take ownership of the spa's overall success.

Drive Sales & Business Growth

• Take ownership of monthly revenue goals and key performance indicators.

• Motivate your team to achieve individual and location sales goals.

• Drive membership enrollments, treatment package sales, retail skincare, and client retention.

• Monitor daily sales, leads, consultations, conversion rates, rebooking, and provider productivity.

• Identify opportunities to increase revenue and develop action plans when goals are not being met.

• Coach employees on consultative selling, client education, and effective follow-up.

• Create excitement around promotions, events, and new treatment offerings.

Deliver an Exceptional Client Experience

• Ensure every client receives a welcoming, professional, luxury-level experience.

• Build lasting client relationships that encourage loyalty, referrals, and positive reviews.

• Professionally resolve client concerns and service issues.

• Oversee appointment scheduling, client communications, and follow-up.

• Ensure the team consistently delivers Face to Face Spa's customer service standards.

Own Daily Spa Operations

• Oversee all daily operations, including opening and closing procedures.

• Manage employee schedules, staffing coverage, attendance, and workflow.

• Ensure the spa is clean, organized, fully stocked, and operating efficiently.

• Monitor inventory, product ordering, and supply management.

• Review operational reports and ensure assigned administrative tasks are completed.

• Support accurate client documentation and escalate clinical or compliance concerns to appropriate licensed personnel.

• Maintain accountability for company policies, procedures, and operational standards.

• Communicate regularly with ownership regarding performance, staffing, and opportunities for improvement.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

• Previous management experience in a spa, medical spa, aesthetics, beauty, wellness, or similar service-driven business.

• Strong sales background with demonstrated success meeting or exceeding revenue goals.

• Proven ability to lead, motivate, coach, and hold employees accountable.

• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

• Confidence in managing difficult conversations and resolving client concerns.

• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently.

• Strong understanding of business performance metrics and financial accountability.

• Flexible availability, including evenings and Saturdays.

Preferred Qualifications

• Medical spa or aesthetic industry management experience.

• Experience managing multiple service providers and front desk employees.

• Familiarity with Botox, dermal fillers, laser treatments, skincare, memberships, and aesthetic treatment packages.

• Experience with Zenoti or similar scheduling and point-of-sale software.

• Experience with sales coaching, lead conversion, membership growth, and client retention.
