What You'll Be Doing As our Assistant Cook, you'll play a vital role in delivering the flavorful, authentic Jamaican dishes our customers know and love. Your key responsibilities will include: Preparing and cooking a variety of Jamaican dishes, including natural Jamaican juices. Assisting with inventory counts and organizing products received. Ensuring the kitchen runs smoothly by being versatile and adaptable to various tasks. Lifting and handling products weighing up to 50 lbs as needed. What We're Looking For To thrive in this role, you'll need: At least 3 years of experience in a professional kitchen setting. A strong ability to cook authentic Jamaican cuisine. Physical ability to lift at least 50 lbs. Versatility and a proactive attitude in the kitchen.
