Workday Tester

Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or related field. Experience in Workday Finance/FSCM testing or related ERP financial systems testing. Strong knowledge of Workday FSCM modules (AP, AR, Procurement, Expenses, Banking, Grants, etc.). Hands‑on experience in test case design, execution, and defect management. Familiarity with testing tools (JIRA, HP ALM, Workday Test Automation tools, Zephyr, etc.) and end‑to‑end test cycle. Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams in Agile/Waterfall environments. Skills Workday HCM testing (functional and automation). Test automation tools (Selenium, Kainos, Workday‑specific tools, or custom frameworks). Managing end‑to‑end test cycles in Agile and/or Waterfall environments. Leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Understanding of HR business processes and Workday architecture. Strong scripting skills (Java, Python) and experience in Agile environments.
