Supermarket Rack Refrigeration Service TechnicianWatson Refrigeration is growing, and we're looking for experienced Commercial Refrigeration Technicians to join our team in the Raleigh, Greensboro, and Winston-Salem, NC areas.If you have hands-on experience with supermarket refrigeration and rack systems, we want to talk to you. We're looking for technicians who can troubleshoot, repair, and maintain commercial refrigeration systems while providing dependable service to our customers.What You'll Do:Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain supermarket refrigeration systemsService rack refrigeration systems, compressors, condensers, evaporators, and related componentsTroubleshoot electrical and mechanical refrigeration issuesPerform preventative maintenance and emergency service as neededWork with refrigeration controls and system componentsMaintain accurate service records and communicate repairs and recommendations to customersFollow all safety procedures and company standardsParticipate in an on-call rotation as requiredWhat We're Looking For:Experience servicing commercial refrigeration systemsSupermarket rack refrigeration experience strongly preferredStrong troubleshooting and diagnostic skillsKnowledge of refrigeration controls, electrical systems, and componentsAbility to read and interpret wiring diagrams and refrigeration schematicsEPA 608 certification requiredValid driver's license and acceptable driving recordAbility to work independently and as part of a teamStrong customer service and communication skillsWhy Watson Refrigeration?We're looking for technicians who want more than just another job.
