Wire Rope Fabricator

Job Title: Wire Rope Fabricator Location: Salem, OR Pay Range: $20 Shift: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM What's the Job? Fabricate and refurbish wire rope slings and other lifting assemblies, including chain slings. Achieve qualification as an apprentice or journeyman splicer through on-the-job training and experience. Perform other functions as required to support manufacturing operations. Spend approximately 50% of the day performing shipping tasks, such as preparing outgoing orders and handling logistics paperwork. Spend the remaining 50% of the day receiving incoming materials and stocking shelves in an organized and accurate manner. What's Needed? Experience in a manufacturing role working with various tools. Forklift Experience Ability to lift up to 70 pounds safely. Comfortable standing for extended periods. Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
