We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Concrete Equipment Mechanic and Service Technician to join our team at Thomas Concrete Machinery in Orlando, Fl. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in concrete equipment maintenance and repairs, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair various types of concrete equipment, including both mechanical and electrical issues. Perform preventative maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance and extend the life of the equipment. Identify and order necessary parts for repairs and stock replenishment. Communicate with customers regarding equipment issues, repair status, and recommendations for future maintenance. Maintain accurate and detailed records of all repairs, parts usage, and service activities. Collaborate with fellow technicians and management to ensure a safe, efficient, and customer-focused work environment. Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in concrete equipment technology and repair techniques through ongoing training and professional development. Qualifications Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a concrete equipment technician or related field. Strong understanding of concrete equipment systems, components, and operations. Ability to read and interpret electrical and hydraulic schematics. Proficient in diagnosing and repairing mechanical and electrical issues on various types of concrete equipment. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
