The Good Feet Store seeks empathetic and results-focused Sales Associates – known in our stores as Arch Support Specialists – who are motivated to build a long‑term career in sales. We change lives two feet at a time. Who we Are: Feet First Partners is a franchisee of The Good Feet Store, a 300+ nationwide store franchise. What You’ll Do Create a professional, engaging, and solution‑oriented experience for every client interaction. Conduct personalized assessments to understand each client’s lifestyle, concerns, and support needs. Match clients with personalized product solutions and ensure accurate fittings. Perform client outreach and follow‑up to generate repeat business and strengthen long‑term client relationships. Consistently reach sales targets and achieve business‑driven key performance indicators (KPIs). Engage in company training programs to build strong product knowledge, understand store operations, and achieve performance goals. Compensation and Benefits Base pay: $20–23/hour plus uncapped commission (expected annual earnings: $60,000–$80,000) Medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, 401(k), vacation, sick, and holiday pay, and employee discounts Paid sales training and certification Excellent Retail Hours 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., Monday through Saturday; 10 a.m. – 6 p.m. on Sundays Requirements 1-year minimum retail experience: commission-based/quota-driven and consultative sales experience required Excellent communication (verbal, written) and interpersonal skills (positive, approachable, and empathetic) Competitive, goal-oriented mindset with a passion for helping people Weekend availability required (both Saturday and Sunday – our busiest days!)
