This position offers a guaranteed base salary starting at $30,000 annually, plus commission on sales. Total compensation is performance-driven — top performers can earn $150,000+ annually. Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in both English and Spanish, helping them find the vehicle that best meets their needs.
• Provide detailed information on vehicle features, options, and pricing, ensuring customers understand their purchase options.
• Engage with customers via phone, email, and in-person interactions to schedule test drives and follow up on leads.
• Negotiate deals and finalize sales agreements, always prioritizing the customer’s satisfaction and the dealership’s best interests.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their experience with the dealership is positive and professional.
• Manage the sales process from initial contact to vehicle delivery, ensuring all paperwork is completed accurately and efficiently.
• Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, dealership promotions, and industry trends to better serve customers.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments (e.g., finance, service) to ensure a seamless and exceptional customer experience.
• Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the dealership.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in automobile sales or retail sales is preferred but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed in a commission-based sales environment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Basic computer skills and the ability to navigate dealership management systems.
