Our organization is looking to enhance our team by hiring a full-time Obstetrician-Gynecologist within the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at Mt. Auburn Hospital, located in Cambridge, Massachusetts. This role is essential to our multidisciplinary care team, which is dedicated to delivering compassionate and personalized healthcare to patients throughout various life stages, all within a collaborative and collegial environment. In 2025, our department was recognized by US News and World Report as a leading hospital for maternity care.

We facilitate around 2,500 births each year through a collaborative care approach alongside our Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM) colleagues. The labor, delivery, and postpartum units are conveniently situated on the same floor of the hospital, offering views of the Charles River. Our team includes full-time anesthesiologists available for labor and delivery, as well as neonatologists who provide care for newborns in our Level IIB NICU. Additionally, our department features onsite maternal-fetal medicine specialists, minimally invasive surgeons, urogynecologists, and Laborists who support labor and delivery call shifts. We offer comprehensive reproductive healthcare in outpatient community settings, backed by robust clinical and administrative practice management support. Our OBGYN physicians benefit from dedicated block time in the operating room for gynecological procedures.

Ideal candidates will have completed their residency in obstetrics and gynecology and hold board certification or be board-eligible. Strong candidates will demonstrate exceptional clinical and communication abilities, work effectively in collaboration with advanced practice providers, and engage in educational activities with learners during designated clinical hours.
