SmileBuilders is seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Dental Hygienist to join our dynamic team. In this full-time role, you will play a vital part in patient care—providing preventive dental hygiene services, educating patients, and collaborating closely with a talented dental team. $55,500~$69,100 per year

Requirements

• Basic life support
• Cardiopulmonary resuscitation
• Licensed dental hygienist

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Dental Hygiene from an accredited program.
Valid state licensure as a Registered Dental Hygienist.
CPR certification.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively educate and comfort patients.
Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team.

Job Description

Perform dental hygiene services including cleanings, periodontal therapy, and scaling/root planing.
Develop customized oral hygiene care plans tailored to individual patient needs.
Educate patients about oral health, prevention techniques, and the importance of routine dental care.
Collaborate effectively with dentists, assistants, and administrative staff to ensure smooth, comprehensive patient care.
Utilize the latest dental technology and equipment to enhance treatment efficiency and patient outcomes.
Maintain accurate, detailed patient records and treatment documentation in accordance with legal, ethical, and HIPAA standards.
Participate in team meetings to discuss patient care strategies and share ideas for practice improvement.
Stay current with continuing education and emerging trends in dental hygiene to maintain best practices.
