Cadworx Plant Mechanical Drafter

Our client, a leading organization in the natural gas industry, is seeking a Cadworx Mechanical Drafter to join their team. As a Cadworx Mechanical Drafter, you will be part of the Engineering Department supporting the Design and Drafting Teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, strong collaboration skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Cadworx Mechanical Drafter Location: Houston, Texas Pay Range: $40 What's the Job? Support the Lead Plant Designer by assisting with as-built projects and drafting tasks Maintain and update mechanical drawings within an AutoCAD environment for natural gas facilities Prepare and complete as-built drawing packages for meter and compressor stations Manage and update multiple 3D model sets, ensuring accuracy and consistency Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards What's Needed? Minimum of 3 years of experience in 3D piping design Proven experience with plant and process piping P&IDs Hands-on experience with CADWorx Plant Professional (required) Strong understanding of P&ID symbols and industry terminology Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team What's in it for me?
