The Role

We’re looking for a high-performing Outside Sales Representative to join our growing real estate investment company serving homeowners across Long Island .

This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to build a career in real estate. Previous real estate experience is not required for the right candidate. You’ll have the opportunity to learn the real estate investment business while developing valuable sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Qualified leads and appointments are provided , allowing you to focus your time on meeting with homeowners, building relationships, and closing deals rather than constantly searching for your own prospects.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Meet homeowners in person throughout Suffolk County
• Conduct provided appointments with motivated sellers
• Build rapport and uncover real urgency
• Negotiate and close real estate deals
• Work closely with leadership and lead management
• Track appointments and follow-up activities
• Help homeowners find the best solution for their situation

Compensation

• Guaranteed monthly pay during onboarding

Requirements

• Must live near or be willing to work in Suffolk County / Long Island
• Must be comfortable driving to appointments
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to handle emotional conversations professionally
• Self-motivated and disciplined
• Comfortable working evenings/weekends when needed
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
