Escrow Assistant

Escrow Assistant Location: Park City, UT Schedule: Full‑time, office based 5 days per week Responsibilities Assist in the escrow process, including opening orders, inputting closing statement information, preparing documents for closing, and handling disbursement and follow‑up Communicate regularly with customers during the escrow process flow Interpret various agreements as they relate to escrow closings Work with a variety of technologies to enable escrow transactions and ensure a high‑quality customer experience Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent 2+ years of escrow‑related experience preferred Passion for helping customers while maintaining a professional and positive attitude Excellent verbal and written communication skills with internal teams and external customers Problem‑solving ability, strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a natural curiosity with eagerness to learn Ability to thrive as part of a team and contribute to exceeding customer expectations Knowledge of MS Office suite and ability to quickly adapt to new software applications and technologies Compensation Hourly: $18.46 – $24.63 Benefits First American offers a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO/paid sick leave, employee stock purchase plan, and other benefits.
