The Service/Project Manager is responsible for coordinating all aspects of post-sale project execution, ensuring a seamless experience from final measurement through installation and service completion. This role serves as the primary liaison between customers, installers, suppliers, and internal staff to ensure projects are completed accurately, on time, and within company standards. The manager handles multiple smaller projects simultaneously, works independently, and frequently travels to installation sites. Additionally, this role includes completing service calls and performing repairs on windows and doors.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all phases of post-sale project execution
• Serve as primary liaison between customers, installers, suppliers, and internal teams
• Oversee installation processes to ensure quality and timeliness
• Manage project schedules and timelines across multiple projects
• Resolve issues promptly to maintain project momentum
• Ensure service completion meets company standards
• Perform service technician duties including window and door repairs
• Travel frequently to installation sites to support project and service delivery

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in project management
• Construction background
• Proficiency in project management and customer relationship management
• Strong scheduling, problem solving, and time management skills
• Excellent communication and conflict resolution abilities
• Experience performing repairs and service technician duties
