Senior Project Manager

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

• Creates/manages partnership with business teams and IT teams to ensure consistent
  alignment.
• Work closely with multiple teams and external vendors to understand the scope of work and manage dependencies and risks.
• Create project plans and track delivery for key initiatives.
• Timely communication to teams and stakeholders on status of projects and key initiatives along with risks and key decisions
• Timely communication on critical production issues
• Work closely with the partner teams on triaging, driving RCAs and action plans for short term vs. long term fixes
• Work and coordinate with offshore project managers to align key deliverables and roadmap.
• Advises on project delivery methodologies with Scrum Masters and Project Managers.
• Advises Product Managers and Technology Managers on the depth and breadth of Product Roadmap.
• Supports prioritization by providing input to Sr. Leadership on timeline, sequencing, and costs.
• Data driven mindset and uses data to make informed decisions.
• Hands on with tools like Service Now, Jira, Microsoft Project, MS office
• Effectively plan, manage, and deliver technology projects with agreed upon scope, timeline, and budget.
• Determine resource needs, assigning individual tasks and responsibilities to project team, and developing schedule to ensure timely completion of project.
• Assemble resources and key decision makers from across the organization to deliver defined scope of work.
• Utilize project management tools, methods, and practices to assemble project plans that align with expectations of stakeholders and meet business needs.
