Job Title : Software Developer – B2B Integrations (1–3 Years Experience) Location : Nacogdoches Texas (On-Site Only) Employment Type : Full-Time

What You'll Do We're looking for a Software Developer with 1–3 years of experience to join our B2B Integrations Development team. This team is responsible for:

Building and enhancing electronic communication workflows between our systems and those of our manufacturers and customers (EDI, APIs, automated data exchange).
Maintaining and improving our product data infrastructure to ensure accuracy, consistency, and usability across platforms.
Contributing to our search platform, helping users find the right products quickly and efficiently.

Our Stack & Workflow

Primarily.NET development — Legacy code in VB.NET, with all new projects in C#
Agile-inspired workflow with Azure DevOps for source control, sprint planning, and backlog management
Collaborative team environment focused on clean code, technical growth, and continuous improvement

Qualifications:

What We're Looking For

1–3 years of professional software development experience
Solid understanding of object-oriented programming, preferably with C#
Experience or willingness to work with VB.NET in legacy systems
Familiarity with source control (preferably TFVC/Git/Azure DevOps)
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
Interest or experience in B2B integrations, EDI, or data-driven applications is a plus

Nice to Have

Experience with RESTful APIs and data transformation (e.g., XML, JSON)
Familiarity with SQL and relational databases
Understanding of Agile or Scrum workflows
