This role offers an established patient base, consistent surgical volume, advanced technology, and the autonomy to develop a practice aligned with your training and interests.

Position Highlights:

• Established patient base with consistent surgical volume and unmet community demand
• Ability to define your scope of practice and develop a subspecialty focus based on your training and interests
• More than 1,280 orthopedic surgical cases annually
• Da Vinci Xi and Si robotic platforms available onsite for advanced surgical care
• Dedicated orthopedic nursing staff, Joint Care Coordinator, anesthesia support, and rehabilitation services
• Full imaging capabilities including MRI, CT, X-ray, ultrasound, and laboratory services

Practice Scope:

• Total and partial hip and knee replacement
• Sports medicine and arthroscopic procedures
• Trauma and fracture care, including hip fractures
• Hand, wrist, and upper extremity procedures
• Foot and ankle surgery
• Shoulder procedures including rotator cuff, labrum, and instability repair
• General orthopedic spine
• Inpatient consultations and emergency coverage

Candidate Requirements:

• Board-certified or board-eligible Orthopedic Surgeon
• Fellowship-trained candidates encouraged to apply
• Mississippi medical license or ability to obtain

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base salary at the 75th percentile MGMA with productivity incentives based on acuity and surgical complexity
• Negotiable signing bonus, relocation assistance, and residency stipend

• Paid time off; 5 CME days plus 3,000 CME allowance
