Industrial Painter/BlasterWe're seeking an experienced Industrial Painter to apply high-quality coatings to large industrial components such as pipe, valves, and structural skids. This position requires strong knowledge of industrial coating systems, professional spray-gun experience, and the ability to follow precise mixing ratios and application requirements. Candidates must be able to work independently, meet quality standards, and maintain a clean and safe work environment.Responsibilities:Prepare and paint large industrial materials, including pipe, valves, fabricated skids, and equipmentUse spray guns and conventional paint pots to apply a wide range of industrial coatingsMix coatings accurately according to technical data sheets and specified ratiosApply zinc primers, epoxies, urethanes, and multi-coat systemsUse a wet mil gauge to verify proper film thicknessPerform 3-coat above-ground coating systems (primer, mid-coat, topcoat)Apply below-ground coating systems such as SPC-2888 or Denso Protal 7200 (plural component systems)Maintain spray equipment, hoses, and potsOperate overhead cranes and forklifts as neededKeep work area clean and follow all safety, PPE, and quality requirementsQualifications:Minimum 4 years of industrial coatings experienceExperience painting large industrial components (pipe, valves, skids, etc.)Proficient with spray guns and conventional paint pot systemsStrong understanding of industrial coating systems and mixing ratiosAbility to measure and verify coating thickness using a wet mil gaugeExperience with zinc, epoxy, and urethane coatings requiredBelow-ground coating experience (SPC-2888 or Denso Protal 7200) a plusOverhead crane and forklift experience helpfulMust be able to pass a paint test: mix per data sheet, set up spray pot, and spray test panelSchedules:Train on Day Shift – Monday–Thursday, 6:00am–4:30pmMove to Night Shift after training – Monday–Thursday, 4:00pm–2:30amWeekenders – Friday – Sunday 5:30-6:30Pay: $19–$24 per hour, depending on experience with $2 shift differential once moved to nights. **SIGN ON BONUS $200**Abundant Solutions 5151 S Mingo Rd Suite D Tulsa, OK 74146 Send resumes to View email address on click.appcast.io
