Water Pump Truck Operator

We are currently seeking a skilled Pump Truck Operator to operate a mobile production pump truck, pump production fluid from the well pad production tanks into the pipeline infrastructure, drive the pump truck from well pad to well pad, and connect hoses from the production tanks to the pump unit, as well as monitor pressures, tank levels, and flow meters. The individual should have strong technical knowledge, be reliable in attendance, have attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering high‑quality work. Job Responsibilities Manage fluids on assigned pads to efficiently move water from production sites to water infrastructure. Utilize CNX software to enter data of pumping activity and notify the Water Transfer Desk of fluid movements. Notify production and water departments of site conditions. Follow CNX work procedures and recommended practices to mitigate risk to health, safety, and the environment. Perform all other duties as assigned. Qualifications Ability to prioritize workloads, troubleshoot issues, and fulfill job responsibilities while meeting all requirements. Regularly communicate with a multidisciplinary team, address issues as they arise, and provide effective solutions. Communicate with stakeholders at all levels, management, and project staff, and adapt to their priorities. Manage multiple tasks while maintaining focus on individual tasks. Make important decisions based on available information and be accountable. Effective working both independently and in team environments. Self‑motivated, strong work ethic, able to interact with internal/external stakeholders. Possess a valid driver’s license and a clean MVR. Complete a DOT physical, background check, and drug/alcohol screening. Minimum Requirements 2–5 years of related experience. Safety‑minded individual with leadership skills. High school diploma or equivalent. Ability to effectively multitask and manage a dynamic workload. Ability to lift 50 lbs. Compensation & Schedule $500+ per day. 7 day on / 7 day off rotational position; 10–12 hour shifts. Roaming position in Greene County, PA and Marshall County, WV. Paid vacation. Paid holiday.
