What You'll Do

• Provide high-quality, patient-centered care on a busy 60-bed Medical Surgical Unit with varied acuity
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and evaluate individualized care plans
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, updating care strategies accordingly
• Utilize clinical pathways and patient education to promote positive outcomes
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient care activities
• Demonstrate leadership and serve as a resource for team members
• Adhere to hospital policies, safety protocols, and regulatory standards

What You Need

• Active MI RN license
• Minimum of 2 years of recent Med Surg experience
• Strong clinical knowledge of post-surgical, medical, trauma, stroke, and hospice care
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to manage a fast-paced environment efficiently
