What You’ll Do Essential Duties & Responsibilities Responsibilities include the following; other duties may be assigned: Core Duties Operational Related to Exceptions Processing and Reconcilements: Responsible for EIP Procedures: Daily process of Charge Backs, NSF & Outgoing Returns, Credit Back, Non Posted, ACH Returns. Process checks adjustments, Notice of Change and Large Item Notifications. Process daily and monthly GL and Helm Banks accounts reconciliation. Process daily ESC Reconciliation for DDA, SAV, Cash Teller, CD & loans. Report no finding to BSA the first day of each month. Inputs daily general ledger and customers account entries. Act as a backup for process and filing of Exonerations request. Performs changes made to each account on system ensuring requests were updated correctly and quality control on changes processed by another team member. Assist the department in special projects assigned. Assists with any requests and investigations from auditors and federal examiners. Act as back up of another OP Specialist Screens incoming and outgoing wire transfers with the OFAC/EDD What You’ll Need Requirements and Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required. Minimum of two years of wire transfer, customer service and general banking experience. Minimum of one year of operations, customer service and general banking experience. Must be bilingual in both English and Spanish. Ability to fluently speak, understand, read and write both languages. Advanced Skills with Microsoft Office.
