Air Tech Of Houston Customer Support Representative

Looking to trade up to a better opportunity? Air Tech of Houston is looking for a self-motivated individual with experience working for an HVAC or Plumbing company to join our growing and dedicated Customer Support team. The Customer Service Representative is paid hourly plus opportunity for spiffs and commissions.

What you will do:

Key role in daily operations and team coordination
Maintain customer databases and troubleshoot server issues
Manage and resolve priority bookings
Handle emergency and non-emergency calls
Schedule technicians for installations and service calls
Ensure clear communication with team and customers
Support logistics to keep trucks on the road and technicians on-site
Help ensure customer satisfaction

What you bring:

Call Center or Customer Support (1+ Year Required)
Industry Knowledge and Service Titan experience (preferred)
High school diploma or GED
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Strong work ethic, punctuality, and willingness to learn
Must pass background check and drug screening
