Collision Estimator

Service Center Glen Carbon JOB SUMMARY Caliber Collision has an immediate job opening for a Collision Estimator to perform all-purpose duties, which may include, but are not limited to: writing estimates, conducting process reviews, checking in customer vehicles, completing final customer paperwork prior to vehicle delivery (DRP, final invoice), finalizing total loss administration and providing post repair plan communication including all vehicle status updates to customers while complying with all Caliber safety rules, guidelines and company standards. Our collision estimators for this position can make up to: $50,000‑$110,000 per year (please remove if not located in a Salary Transparency State). Conduct process reviews to improve workflow. Check in customer vehicles and manage vehicle status updates. Complete final customer paperwork before vehicle delivery. Finalize total loss administration and post‑repair plan communication. Comply with Caliber safety rules, guidelines and company standards. Qualifications 2+ years of collision estimating experience; sales experience preferred. 21 years of age or older. Valid driver’s license and eligibility for coverage under company insurance policy. Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License. Abilities / Skills / Knowledge Physical ability to perform consistent physical activity such as reaching, kneeling, bending, squatting, and lifting objects over 50 lbs. Prior experience with CCC1 or similar estimating software. Advanced understanding of repair process and procedures. Strong sales orientation. Ability to understand written and verbal instructions.
