The Crab Pad, a women-owned Viet-Cajun seafood restaurant in Logan Square, is looking for a Restaurant Lead to join our team. If you thrive in a dynamic, hands-on environment and love the idea of helping a growing restaurant reach new heights, this could be the perfect role for you!

At The Crab Pad, we’re all about bold flavors, good vibes, and bringing people together over our signature seafood boils, garlic noodles, and build-your-own popsicle bar. We’re a BYOB spot built for celebrations, date nights, and group dinners. From messy bags of crab to our fun, casual atmosphere, we’re here to make every meal an experience to remember.

What You’ll Do

As our Restaurant Lead , you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth operations and a positive team environment. Your leadership will help us continue to deliver the exceptional dining experience our guests know and love. Here’s what your day-to-day might look like:

• Lead and Inspire : Motivate and train team members to perform at their best, ensuring top-notch service and efficiency.
• Adapt and Problem-Solve : Handle challenges with ease, adapting to changes and finding solutions that keep things running smoothly.
• Support Growth : Help implement new ideas and processes that contribute to the restaurant’s growth and success.
• Hands-On Management : Oversee daily operations, ensuring everything from food quality to customer satisfaction meets our high standards.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking someone with at least 1 year of restaurant management experience who’s ready to take on a part-time role with big impact. The ideal candidate will:

• Have a passion for leadership and team development.
• Be adaptable and thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
• Enjoy seeing projects and ideas come to fruition.
• Be a strong communicator who can train and motivate team members effectively.
• Must be available Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday from 6-10PM
