Job Summary
We are seeking a Compliance Analyst to support IT governance, risk, and compliance activities. The ideal candidate will have experience with IT control frameworks, control testing, risk assessments, reporting, dashboards, and internal audit practices. This role will analyze IT control data, identify trends and gaps, and provide actionable insights to improve the organization's control environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the development and implementation of the IT control framework.
- Monitor, evaluate, and report on IT control activities and compliance requirements.
- Gather and validate data from multiple sources for accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
- Develop and maintain IT control reports, dashboards, and visualizations using Excel and Power BI.
- Analyze trends, KPIs, metrics, control gaps, and risk indicators.
- Support control testing, risk assessments, and internal audit activities.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and provide actionable insights.
- Automate recurring reports and improve compliance reporting workflows.
- Maintain clear documentation of reporting processes, controls, findings, and procedures.
- Support compliance with applicable regulatory requirements, industry standards, and organizational risk tolerances.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with IT controls, IT compliance, GRC, or technology risk.
- Knowledge of IT control frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001/ISO 27000, and GDPR.
- Experience with control testing, risk assessment, and internal auditing.
- Experience developing IT control reports and dashboards.
- Strong Excel and Power BI skills.
- Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with confidential information.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.
