About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Business Development and Solution Design for its Digital Workplace Services. This senior leader will be instrumental in driving the vision and strategy for modern DWS solutions, working closely with global pre-sales teams, commercial sales, and alliance/channel teams to influence and support the full lifecycle of pursuits. The successful candidate will be a trusted client advisor, with a proven track record in consultative selling and a deep understanding of digital workplace services and associated technologies. Key responsibilities include leading a global team of pre-sales architects, managing the pipeline, and overseeing the qualification process for DWS opportunities. The role demands a visionary who can challenge the status quo, articulate the business value of solutions, and ensure that the company's offerings meet the evolving needs of clients. Applicants for this role at the company should be university graduates with at least 10 years of executive or senior management experience, including a minimum of 5 years leading global teams. A Master's degree is preferred, and a background in digital workplace services is a strong advantage. The role requires exceptional presentation and communication skills, a consultative selling approach, and a deep understanding of client business operations. The ideal candidate will have a successful history of building and leading high-performance teams, as well as the ability to distill complex technical capabilities into compelling business value.
