Curriculum Director

The Learning Experience Corp – Kings Park, NY seeks a Curriculum Director to lead high-quality, joyful learning for infants through preschoolers. You will design, implement, and refine our proprietary early childhood curriculum, coach and mentor teachers, and ensure engaging, developmentally appropriate instruction. Partner with families and staff in a caring, child-first culture that values safety, inclusivity, and teamwork. Use observations and child assessments to improve instruction, support school readiness, and uphold licensing and quality standards in a nurturing, growth-focused environment.
