Service Desk Analyst Brisbane,CA, US 0 3 days ago Job Description Experience: Mid Level Salary: $21 - $30 per hour Job Details As a Consulting Service Desk Analyst in the Healthcare industry, you will be a vital part of our IT support team, providing top-notch desktop support to end-users. This is a mid-level position, and you will be handling complex support calls where your judgment will be imperative in problem resolution. You will be responsible for maintaining secure and confidential information, and you must be familiar with specific IT policies and Medical Center regulations. Responsibilities: Your primary role will be to balance technical knowledge and skill with a high level of customer service objectives in all operations of the Service Desk. You will work to resolve or appropriately escalated issues and assist with maintaining the Knowledge Base (KB). You will communicate technical concepts effectively in both written and oral forms. You will apply advanced technical knowledge as well as application access to resolve application problems. You will act as a mentor to junior‑level staff and be called upon to act in a Level II capacity to handle more complex internal escalations. You will take an ownership role in helping to ensure that team service levels are met. Flexibility with scheduling is a must, as you will be required to work nights, weekends, and with on‑call rotations. Qualifications: To qualify for this position, you must have a minimum of 5+ years of experience in IT support roles, with a preference for those with contact center experience and customer support expertise. Experience in a health setting support is a plus. You should be familiar with Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office, and Mac OSX support. Network troubleshooting and general software troubleshooting skills are also required. You must have excellent written and oral communication skills. Certificates in COMPTIA, Citrix, and Windows 10 are required for this position.
