Compensation and HRIS Analyst

Compensation And HRIS Specialist Participates in and assists with the development, implementation and administration of compensation and HRIS policies and programs. Formulates recommendations regarding the development of the company salary structure, FLSA exemptions, job revisions, and organizational structures. Participates in and analyzes various salary surveys to determine market position and develop recommendations. Conducts market benchmarking and internal equity analyses to establish competitive salary ranges and pay grades. Applies knowledge of HR information systems and data to extract and analyze current and historical data to support strategic workforce planning. Administers annual compensation cycles, including merit increases, bonuses, and promotion adjustments. Maintains and optimizes HRIS platforms to support HR operations. Develops and maintains HR dashboards and complex reports for metrics like headcount, turnover, and pay equity. Conducts regular audits of HR data to ensure integrity and compliance with labor laws (e.g., CCPA, FLSA). Keeps apprised of federal, state, and local compensation laws and regulations to ensure company compliance. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in compensation analysis, HRIS administration, or HR analytics. Broad and practical knowledge of compensation and HRIS techniques and methods. Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, complex formulas). Strong analytical, prioritizing, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, budgeting, project management (from conception to completion), and planning skills. Knowledge of SQL or data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI is preferred. Hands-on experience with major HRIS platforms like UKG. Significant attention to detail in the maintaining spreadsheets, databases, and communications. Ability to analyze and interpret data and statistics associated with compensation tasks. Experience with international compensation practices, including global salary benchmarking, global pay structures and pay practices. Strong business acumen. #J-18808-Ljbffr PlanIT Group, LLC
