Sales Specialist, Radiology & Surgical - MN/SD/ND

Mammotome seeks a Sales Specialist to drive revenue across its breast care diagnostic and surgical product portfolio in a three-state territory. The role involves territory management, clinical training, customer relationship development, and competitive positioning. Requires a bachelor's degree, minimum two years of medical device capital sales experience, and four years of B2B selling, with 50% travel expected.
Responsibilities
- Drive sales of Mammotome product portfolio across assigned Minneapolis territory
- Create and maintain strategic call plans to achieve sales targets and expand customer base
- Develop clinical expertise in breast care diagnostics and surgical products
- Train customers on products, procedures, and clinical applications to convert competitive accounts
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing customers to resolve issues
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- Minimum 2 years medical device capital sales experience with proven results
- Minimum 4 years business-to-business sales experience
- Value-based selling experience with pricing negotiation success
- Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
- Willingness to travel 50% of the time, including occasional air travel
Compensation: $70,000-$90,000 base; $165,000-$190,000 total compensation target including commission
