We're seeking a hands-on and organized Warehouse Supervisor to help lead day-to-day operations in partnership with the Warehouse Manager. This role is critical to ensuring the smooth flow of products in and out of the warehouse, maintaining safety standards, and supporting a productive team environment.

- Sunday-Wednesday 5:00pm-5:00am. ( Every other Wednesday off!).
- 24/7 Flexibility coverage is needed.
Position Overview:
We're seeking a hands-on and organized Warehouse Supervisor to help lead day-to-day operations in partnership with the Warehouse Manager. This role is critical to ensuring the smooth flow of products in and out of the warehouse, maintaining safety standards, and supporting a productive team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage the receiving, storage, and shipping of goods to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment
- Supervise daily operations to guarantee that products are delivered to the correct locations in the proper quantities
- Hire, train, schedule, and evaluate warehouse team members to build a strong and efficient workforce
- Monitor team performance and workflows to ensure efficiency and meet customer deadlines
- Manage inventory levels, allocate space for inventory rotation, and enforce measures to reduce product loss
- Support continuous improvement efforts and assist with other tasks as needed
Required:
- Associate's degree with 3-4 years of relevant warehouse experience and at least 1 year in a leadership role
- High school diploma/GED with 5+ years of relevant experience and 2+ years of supervisory experience
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
