This role focuses on coordinating campaigns, managing day-to-day marketing activities, and ensuring projects move smoothly from intake through delivery. The ideal candidate is proactive, collaborative, and eager to learn within a fast-paced marketing environment.Job DescriptionKey ResponsibilitiesSupport the execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, email, and content marketing.Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and communication between cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion.Assist in managing marketing requests, tracking project status, and maintaining organized documentation.Collaborate with creative, digital, and strategy teams to ensure alignment with campaign goals and brand standards.Help gather and analyze campaign performance data, providing basic insights and reporting support.Maintain marketing calendars, project trackers, and internal systems to support operational efficiency.Assist with content updates, proofing, and quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency.Support list management, email scheduling, and campaign setup as needed.Stay up to date on marketing trends, tools, and best practices to support team initiatives.Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).1–3 years of experience in marketing, project coordination, or a related role.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.Basic understanding of marketing channels and campaign execution.Preferred QualificationsExperience with marketing platforms (e.g., HubSpot, email marketing tools, CMS platforms).Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Monday, or similar).Exposure to marketing analytics or reporting tools.Experience working in a cross-functional marketing or creative environment.What AmeriLife OffersA comprehensive benefits package that includes PTO, medical, dental, vision, retirement savings, disability insurance, and life insurance.Equal Employment Opportunity StatementWe are an Equal Opportunity Employer and value diversity at all levels of the organization.
