Position Title: Dietitians & Nutritionist

Location: Brooklyn, NY 11203

Duration: Up to 2 years

Work Schedule: M-F/9am-5:30pm

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:

• Coordinate medical records for clinical nutrition; Ensure medical records reflect nutritional status of the individuals and meets OMH regulations; Maintain annual completion of assessments; Complete individual nutrition notes as established through priority risk of each individual; Attend treatment team meetings and discharge meetings; Complete annual assessments and progress notes; Process diet changes; Maintain monthly diet list and computer records; When assigned, conduct nutritional groups to clients; Ensure OMH regulations are adhered to and for overall nutritional health and safety of the individuals; Perform diet office duties in the absence of the Diet Technician; Make recommendations to the treatment team for maintenance and/or improvement of nutritional status; Recommend changes to diet regimen to address nutritional concerns.
• Schedule and anticipate length of assignment: Length of assignment is to be determined Full time person is preferred but we are willing to hire a part time person if they are the best candidate. Monday - Friday Full time 37.5 hours to 40 hours or Part-time 20 hours-24 hours.
