Position Overview Premier Client Banker within PNC’s Wealth Management organization, based in Littleton, CO. Responsible for delivering an exceptional client experience and deepening relationships with Mass Affluent clients through acquisition, onboarding, and ongoing servicing. Works directly with PNC’s Banking and Financial Advisor teams to grow share of wallet and achieve revenue objectives. Job Description Develop and execute strategies to proactively drive Mass Affluent client acquisition, outreach, and retention for the purpose of generating revenue and deepening share of wallet with new and existing clients. Proactively generate and manage leads and client appointments, leveraging consultative conversational skills and comprehensive knowledge of bank products and services to position PNC solutions. Develop and maintain internal partnerships to drive new revenue, acquisition, and growth while managing risk and maximizing profitability for the entire client portfolio. Deliver a differentiated client experience from acquisition through onboarding and servicing, ensuring timely, accurate, and complete sales and client relationship management administration. Serve as the quarterback for all ecosystem partners, coordinating experts based on client needs and ensuring an exceptional experience in every interaction. Deliver Financial Wellness by proactively suggesting tailored solutions aligned with client needs, translating client insight and sales tools into actionable sales strategies and tactics. Own the client relationship and hold the team accountable for deliverables, including client penetration goals with ecosystem partners and the Mass Affluent Advice and Planning value proposition through a joint Banking and Investing partnership with a PNC Financial Advisor. Ensure a strong client commitment and advocacy by delivering proactive and responsive service to meet client goals and differentiating the client experience through advanced relationship building and conversation skills. Comparable combination of education, job‑specific certification(s), and experience, including military service, may be considered. Education: Bachelors degree preferred. Certifications: FINRA Series 7, 66 (or 63 & 65) required. Life and Health Insurance required. Compensation Base Salary: $70,125.00 – $116,875.00. Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
