You Have: 7+ years of experience with project management, supporting programs through planning, execution, monitoring, and close out phases Experience coordinating cross functional teams, facilitating stakeholder engagement, and ensuring project alignment Ability to create and maintain product roadmaps that align business objectives, customer value, and technical feasibility Secret clearance HS diploma or GED Program Management Professional (PMP) Certification Nice If You Have: Experience managing complex and multi team initiatives Experience supporting strategic planning, identifying business growth opportunities, and aligning work with client missions Experience with risk management frameworks, including identifying risks, scoring them, developing mitigation plans, and monitoring them using standard tools Experience adapting to evolving requirements, managing scope changes, and maintaining delivery momentum Ability to assemble project teams, translate requirements into tasks, and manage resource constraints Possession of strong communication skills for updating stakeholders, leading discussions, and organizing project objectives Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required. Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
