Trinity Rehab is seeking a PRN Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our dedicated team in a skilled nursing and assisted living setting in Lumberton, North Carolina.

About the Facility

Located in a quiet residential area just outside of Lumberton, this beautiful 72-bed community includes:

• 52 Skilled Nursing beds
  
• 20 Assisted Living beds
  
• 10 short-term rehab suites , each with private bathrooms

Rehabilitation Program

We offer a state-of-the-art therapy gym designed to support comprehensive rehabilitation services, including:

• Spacious treatment area
  
• Two treatment mat tables

• Fully equipped ADL kitchen
  
• Full bathroom with walk-in shower and bathtub
